The Clinical Microbiology Manager oversees the operations of the clinical microbiology laboratory daily to ensure the highest quality of patient care while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. This role will be responsible for managing the workflow in the microbiology lab while establishing a culture of compliance through correct standards, testing, monitoring, and reporting. The Clinical Microbiology Manager reports to the Director of Operations.

We are seeking a PCR Scientist to join our fast-growing team. The PCR Scientist sets up a quantitative and digital PCR (qPCR and dPCR) lab with needed instruments, equipment, and consumables. They will be in charge of evaluating standard and emerging technologies and platforms for qPCR and dPCR.
