COVID-19 PCR testing solutions with Acutis Reveal™

Acutis Diagnostics has released a multiplex laboratory test for the detection
of SARS-CoV-2, the causative agent of Coronavirus disease.

Offered under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), our test validation shows >99% sensitivity and 100% specificity within our test environment. The assay is using a standard nasopharyngeal specimen from which Acutis extracts viral RNA and then tests for the presence of key genes that can be used to identify its presence.

The Acutis SARS-CoV-2 test is a multiplex assay that targets three key genes — ORF1ab, N, and E — that scientists believe are key to accurately identifying the presence of the virus in patient samples.

Detecting COVID-19 antibodies

Our Acutis Reveal™ COVID-19 Antibody test is a blood test that looks for antibodies to the coronavirus that generally arises after infection. While this is not used to diagnose current disease, the antibody test offers insight into whether or not your patient has come in contact with the virus.

Section 3202(b) of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act requires all providers offering laboratory tests for COVID-19 to make public the cash price of a COVID-19 diagnostic test.

Acutis’ SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) testing cash price is $200.00.

Acutis’ SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Antibody testing cash price is $75.00 per unit.

Note: This assay is to be ordered under the guidelines issued by the CDC and various departments of health to identify the presence of the virus in symptomatic patients who have tested negative for other respiratory viruses.

During the Public Health Emergency, most insurances will cover COVID-19 testing at no cost share. Note that some insurances may deny coverage due to medical necessity for asymptomatic persons.
