Acutis awarded 2021 Long Island Top Workplaces

Updated: Dec 15, 2021

Long Island Press and Dan's Papers names Acutis a winner of the Long Island Top Workplaces 2021 Award.

Acutis has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The Long Island Top Workplaces program. We extend a huge thank you to our incredible team, as we wouldn't have gained this recognition without them!

The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, connection, and more.

After winning this award in 2019, our Chief Executive Officer and founder, Jibreel Sarij said, "The Top Workplaces award is about building a company that is in motion and where we all want to come to work each day. In motion means, we not only work together but we work with one another. We move together with continuous improvement in mind. In motion is trusting one’s colleagues, one’s staff. We demand more of ourselves and each other. When we succeed, we’ve raised the stakes. When we improve further, we provide value to our clients and the patients they serve."

Part of one of the nation's most prestigious and credible employer recognition programs, being awarded a Top Workplace 2021 honor by The Long Island Top Workplaces program provides proof that at Acutis, our people truly come first. We’re a better company for our customers and our collaborators when our team members feel engaged and when our professional opinions matter. To earn the Top Workplaces recognition, we understand that it's about organizational health – building a team that wants to align with our Guiding Principles and our overall vision, a team that wants to be challenged, a team that knows their voices are heard.

"During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance," said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. "When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business."
